Our Capabilities

Currently Print Pro uses four presses for its production requirements.

Press #1
2 color 15.5" wide web press enables us to do the jobs that are deemed "too small" for most wide web printers. This machine can print 2 colors on one side or 1 color on either side in one pass. Advantages for this press are quick and easy one-person changeovers for short runs.

Press #2
2 color 40" wide web press can print 2-colors on one side or 1 color on either sides in one pass. In-line slitters allow us to convert down to virtually any size-finished roll. In-line drying allows us to use various water based inks and some coatings. Advantages for this press are quick and easy one-person changeovers for short runs.

Press #4
4 color 40” wide web CI press gives us the capability to print up to 4-colors on one side in registration. This press has in-line slitters as well as BST video Web Inspection, which allows us to ensure print quality with a video picture while printing. Between color and in-line tunnel drying allows us to use various inks & coatings.

Press #5
2 color wide web press with driven unwind enables very light paper substrates. In line slitters allows us to convert down to virtually any size-finished roll. Advantages for this press are quick and easy one-person changeovers for short runs.

Press #6
6 color wide web press gives us the capability to print up to 6-colors on one side in registration. This press has in-line slitters.

Rewinder
PCMC 40" wide rewinder for rewinding small ID rolls. The rewinder is used primarily for rewinding table/exam/banquet covers and wall/wrapping paper.
